The project of Ferran Adria in cala Montjoi keeps on running
In spite of the ecologist protests, the great project that Ferran Adrià is building in Cala Montjoi in Rosas (Girona) keeps on going. While a new stage of the Bulli begins, the reopening of which is foreseen by January of 2018, the famous cook has found it difficult to inaugurate the Bullipedia: the first of his three magnificent projects that is preparing under the name of the foundation. It is a pharaonic work of the Catalan cook, who after having collected the work of more than 80 professionals to use their knowledge in the kitchen that will become the greatest encyclopedia in the net. Adrià isn’t alone in this adventure of the creation of the biggest kitchen repository of the world. Chefs, kitchen masters, experts in materials and cooking techniques have put their ideas and criteria together in the office of the Mexico street of Barcelona, a former textile factory, a that now works as a laboratory of selection and classification of food, utensils and cooking techniques contained in Bullipedia.
